Good morning from the Potsdam Farmers Market ✨

I realized I never shared a little look at the Awaken table yesterday 💜

The candles have been growing, the Awaken Kits officially made their way to the table, and slowly I’m adding more of the things I’ve had floating around in my head for what feels like forever.

I’ve always had a million ideas....that’s definitely not new 😂 but there’s something really cool about finally seeing some of them come together in one place.

Awaken is still new. It’s still growing and evolving right along with me, and I’m excited to see where I take it.

I’m at the Potsdam Farmers Market until 2 today.

I’m gonna be honest.

Part of me wanted to cancel tomorrow’s Move with MEAG class. 🫣

Not because I don’t believe in it. Because I’m f&@$ing exhausted.

You see the markets. The candles. The events. The classes. The posts. Me working and trying to build something for myself.

What you don’t always see is everything happening underneath all of that.

Trying to create a life for myself. Trying to get financially stable. Trying to keep up with bills. Trying to build something while still working. Trying to heal. Trying to keep going when some days I am just f&$ tired.

And I know I’m not the only one.

Maybe your hamster wheel looks completely different than mine, but I know what it feels like to keep showing up while carrying s**t nobody else can see.

And then I remembered...this is exactly why I created Move with MEAG.

Not because life is perfect and we’re all coming together to dance because we feel amazing.

Because sometimes you need somewhere to put it.

For an hour, get out of your head. Turn the music up. Move your body. Let some s**t go.

So I’m not canceling.

I’m showing up exactly as I am.

And you can too. 💜

What a day Saturday turned out to be. 🍎🤍

Apple First Press at Canton Apples may have started a little rough, but by the end of the day, the energy had completely shifted; live music, good food, fresh cider, local vendors, new faces, familiar faces, and a whole lot of community.

I tried my first NA cider, had an AMAZING chicken sandwich from one of the food trucks, met our youngest little buyer yet 🥹, and had so many great conversations with people who stopped by our booth.

It was also our best event yet....our biggest sales day so far for BOTH Wander & Repurpose and Awaken with Meagan. Each market we’re learning, changing things, adding new creations, figuring out our displays, and continuing to grow. Saturday felt like another really good step forward. 💜

Thank you to every single person who stopped by, bought something, asked questions, shared a story, or just came over to see what Mom and I have been creating.

And a HUGE thank you to Canton Apple & Cider LLC for having us and putting together such a great event. We can’t wait to come back and do more with you! 🍎

8/8. The Lion’s Gate Portal. ✨

And somehow, in the middle of our first Faerie & Earth Festival together, there were little signs from Joey woven throughout the day. 💜

But my favorite part was getting surprised by my favorite youngest Page niece, Kyra. 🤗🥰 She came to see us and surprise Angie Johnson, and before long she had me pulled away from the booth for face painting, the playground, walking around, dancing with the witches, and just hanging out together.

Thank you, Cassy Marie, for having your mom bring her over to spend some time with us. It made an already special day even more special. 💜

Our first festival together is officially in the books 🧚Awaken with Meagan and Wander & Repurpose side by side, meeting new people, seeing familiar faces, and continuing to figure all of this out as we go.

There was something about today.... 8/8, the signs, Kyra, and the energy of the festival that just felt a little extra magical. ✨

Today was a good day. 💜

We started the morning setting up at the Canton NY Farmers Market Awaken with Meagan and Wander & Repurpose, side by side. 🦋

After the market, Mum and I made a "quick" 🤣 stop at White’s Flowers to see some of the ladies she used to work with and celebrate their 75th anniversary. 🎉 A special thank you to Dawn for sending me home with flowers that will eventually find their way into some of my candles once they dry. ✨

Then it was off to flip an Airbnb for a new Chaos to Calm client 💃🏽 who also happens to be a Reiki Master, hosts women’s retreats, and is involved in a lot of the same kinds of things I’ve been wanting to explore more and create. Funny how those connections happen. 💕

Her Airbnb also happens to sit right on the river, so after Mum helped me with the flip, we took a few minutes to enjoy the water before heading home. 🥰

And now it’s time to prep for tomorrow’s Faerie & Earth Festival. 🧚✨

Some days I wonder how all these different pieces of my life are ever going to fit together.

And then I have a day like today.

Awaken with Meagan. Chaos to Calm. Creating. Meeting new people. Making connections. Spending the day with Mum. And slowly building more ways to work for myself and do more of what feels like me. 🤗🙏🏽

I don’t have the whole picture yet.

But today was a pretty good reminder to keep doing me and see where it takes me. 💜

✨ When Pinterest inspires the market setup. 😉

I’ve been working on adding more elevation and pulling together my Awaken with Meagan market display on a budget, of course. 🫣🤣

The candles are all individually decorated with crystals, dried flowers, butterflies, little bits of sparkle, charms and whatever else feels like it belongs.

Some are soft and simple.
Some are colorful.
Some are a little extra. 😂✨
But every single one is one of a kind.

And because apparently I can’t just make the candles and call it a day… I found a DIY Dollar Tree/Pinterest video and made the display racks to match the marbled candle lids. 💜

Because if we’re doing it, we might as well make the whole damn table cute. ✨

July flew by, and what a month it was! 💜

We just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, shared a laugh, asked questions, admired our work, took home one of our creations, or simply spent a few minutes visiting with us. Every conversation, every kind word, and every bit of encouragement has meant more than you know.

Getting to do this together as mother and daughter has made the experience even more special and memorable. While Wander & Repurpose and Awaken with Meagan are each our own creative passions, sharing a booth and this journey together has been something we’ll always treasure.

Now it’s time to welcome August! 🌿 We have a fun month ahead filled with farmers markets, local events, and festivals, and we’d love to see you. Whether you’re stopping by to browse, chat, or find something special, we’d love to welcome you.

This season hasn’t been easy… but it’s been meaningful.

One of the brightest parts has been watching my mum Angie Johnson bring Wander & Repurpose to life. I’ve always known she was creative, but seeing her finally share that gift with others has been pretty incredible.

These days, I’m not just her daughter. I’m also her sounding board, project manager, coach, assistant, biggest cheerleader… and, let’s be honest, occasionally a pain in the ass. 😂

Getting to help bring her vision to life has been an honor. Watching her step into something she’s genuinely passionate about has made me so proud.

Here’s to Wander & Repurpose, to new beginnings, and to finding beauty where others pass by. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes you, Mum. 🤍 I love you 😘

My heart is so full. 🫶🏽

A huge thank you to the Canton Yoga Loft for welcoming me and hosting my very first Move with MEAG class!

And thank you, Jan FY, for showing up with such incredible energy, dancing with me, and for all of your encouragement and kind words afterward. It meant more than you know. 🙏🏽✨

This class is about so much more than dance. It’s about moving through stress, reconnecting with yourself, laughing, maybe even crying, letting go, and remembering that movement can be healing.

Last night reminded me that every community starts with one person. And when that one person is exactly the kind of energy you hope to attract, you know you’re on the right path. 🙌🏽

This was just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see where Move with MEAG goes from here. 💃🏽✨

🎶 Playlist sneak peek…

One of my favorite parts of creating Move with MEAG has been building the playlist.

Also… probably one of the most time-consuming. 🤣

I’ve tweaked it… and tweaked it again… and then changed my mind… and then tweaked it some more.

(OCD much? 😂)

Every song was chosen for a reason. I wanted a playlist that doesn’t just get you moving, I wanted one that helps you feel something.

Songs that are empowering.
Songs that make you smile.
Songs that help you let go.
Songs that remind you how strong you really are.

💜 A few things to know before you come:

💧 Bring a water bottle.
👕 Wear something comfortable you can move in.
🦶🏽 Loft is a no-shoes studio, so we’ll be dancing barefoot.

And don’t worry…

It’s a judgment-free zone. We ain’t judging your dance moves…

…but them toes. 🤣

JK, JK. We don’t judge those either.
