As we reflect on this season, our coaching staff wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who stood behind our team every step of the way.

THANK YOU! Two words that could not begin to describe how much love we had felt this season and especially in the last week of season. The way you showed up for our girls was truly inspiring and shows how incredible our community is. From the donations for the 50/50 raffles, tee shirt purchases, straight donations of money, food, teas and waters and the amount of messages we had received from near and far- we were blown away with the support, it means more than you know.

Special thanks to: Canton School District for the best walk through with music, signs and cheers through a sea of brown and gold. QT Laser for the beautiful work and insane turnaround time on our Final Four shirts. Harvest House, Tru North & Little Italy Canton for the donations of juices, teas, wraps and waters. Onondaga Coach Bus for the luxury travel accommodations. Our Canton Police, Fire and Ambulance Services for the es**rt out of town. Bob Kotz & Bill Porter for traveling down to Cortland and showing support as representatives of the school.

To our parents/families for the dedicated support of what we do- you’re raising some magnificent young ladies & you make our “job” so easy & rewarding.

In the Semifinal game against Penn Yan, when the outcome was no longer in doubt and the game had slipped out of reach, our fans never left. The applause and cheers as we crossed the field with tears in our eyes and broken hearts- your support was unwavering. The scoreboard didn't end the way we wanted, but the pride, passion, and sense of community surrounding this program had never been stronger. Your support, especially in the toughest moments, reminded our players that they represent something bigger than themselves.

Our girls ended with an incredible 18-2 final record as NYS Class D Semifinalists, Class D Regional Champions and both Overall & Class D Section X Champions with 17-0 & 14-0 records in the regular league season. We are proud of this team, proud of this season, and proud to be part of the Canton community!💛🐻
