A pair of Schreiner Mountaineers take this week's MAC Athlete of the Week awards after their season opener against Army.

Junior Cora Anderson, the seniormost member of the Schreiner roster this year, fired a 547 to start the year in smallbore and capture Smallbore Athlete of the Week. She led a young Mountaineer squad in both events with a total aggregate of 1114. Anderson's score places her just outside the top ten smallbore averages in the conference so far this year.
