Players will rotate through a mix of football fundamentals, movement training, and safe tackling technique.
π Tackle Fundamentals (Non-Contact & Controlled)
- Breakdown & Balance β Learning how to come under control
- Angle Tracking β Taking the right path to the ball carrier
- Mirror Drill β Staying low and reacting to movement
NEW: Controlled Engagement & Safe Falling Drill
- One player starts on one knee, the other standing
- The kneeling player practices proper wrap technique at the legs
- The standing player is guided to safely sit back and roll onto their back

- Teaching safe, controlled tackling form
- Teaching athletes how to fall safely and reduce head contact
