I'm Kaitlin and I am an eventer from North Florida. I currently compete prelim eventing, but show jumpers, hunters, and dressage as well. I am working on qualifying for NAJYRC 2017 with one horse and competing in the RRP TB Makeover 2016.

Lainey Ashker is returning to KH Eventing November 21–22.

We’re excited to welcome back Lainey Ashker for a two-day clinic focused on helping riders and horses build confidence, improve skills, and tackle new challenges.

Both days are over Show Jumps.

In an effort to support the next generation of riders, we will also be offering one discounted rider spot to a young rider under the age of 22. Details on how to apply will be announced soon.

Rider spots are limited and this clinic typically fills quickly. Auditing will also be available.

Waldo is a young pony with a bright future. He was imported from Germany as a three year-old where he was started under saddle. When he was brought to the state, he started his career as a driving pony. His owner decided that Waldo would rather be a riding pony and sent him to us to get him started in his new career. 

Waldo is going well at the walk, trot, and canter and has just been started over small fences (jumping 18”-2’ currently). He has started on changes both ways but they are still green. Over fences he has natural ability and is brave to the fences. I could see him making a career in either dressage, eventing, or the Hunter/Jumper rings but he would be happy to go wherever his rider wanted to go. Waldo has been ridden by both professionals and juniors and could be great for a junior in a program to bring along. 

He is very well mannered and a joy to have in the barn. Stands for an 11-year-old to bathe him, stands to be braided, clips, ties, loads in the trailer, and stands for the Vet and Farrier. He is a super easy keeper
