Hi! My name is Danielle Fowler. Biking, pilates, and dancing have always been a huge part of my life; ever since I took my first spin class I was completely hooked! Now whenever I am listening to music in the car or mowing the grass I am just thinking of choreography in my head! I want my spin class to combine all the different pilates-inspired movements (building strength, balance, and core stability) as well as flow into more expressive sequences that will challenge your coordination, rhythm, and endurance. There’s no pressure to be perfect or to keep up with anyone else and everyone is welcome!
