Let’s dive in and meet one of our new staff!!
My Name is Cassidy Groomes! (soon to be Phillips)
I’m 22 and recently engaged, getting married this May 💍🤍. I’m from Calhoun, GA, a Calhoun High alum, and a soon to be college graduate. I’m also a dog mom and small business owner who loves staying active, whether that’s through sports, traveling, or spending time with my dogs, friends, and family.

I have a strong background in athletics, both as a coach and an athlete. I’ve coached multiple sports, including cheer and tumbling, and competed from elementary school through college. These experiences have shaped my passion for teamwork, discipline, and helping others grow and succeed, especially when working with athletes of all ages!

I look forward to working with the the athletes at Athletic Academy! And the opportunity to continue growing and developing my coaching career.

Cheersport this year was an incredible experience! Our teams stepped up to elite level from prep,and after two days of intense competition, the exhaustion was worth every moment. We had so much fun—it's up the kind of event we'd gladly do again and again. These girls worked tirelessly, demonstrating dedication, motivation, and hard work. As a coach, it's truly rewarding to see their growth daily, to witness their faces light up with confidence as they realize they can achieve things they once thought impossible. We love our athletes and will always be here, cheering you on. You only lose when you don’t try! Athletes development has been out of this world this season and we will stand behind you ladies every step of the way! LET'S GO PRO XTREME! ゚viralシalシ
