We are down to our last two scheduled races!! Next week (the 9th) & the 23rd!

We had another good turnout last night! Olivia Berger for the win! And we had the pattern about 10' longer than normal last night just FYI :)

On a not so positive note... my mom had a magnet in the bathroom at the arena that said "Does this saddle make my ass look fat?" that has been in there FOR YEARS and has now gone missing.. While it was probably only a $5 magnet, someone has taken it and that is really not cool! We open our arena & property to the public and it is a shame someone would STEAL anything!!! I would love to keep giving all the barrel racers in this valley somewhere to go run, but we will not do that if we have thieves around. So on that note, if you took it, please just put it back and do not take something that doesn't belong to you. :)

Our next race will be September 9th - hopefully a little cooler weather will be here by then as well!!

We are scheduled to have 2 races in September and then we will probably call it good for the year.. 😳

Good morning everyone!
We were scheduled to have a race on the 12th, but we just have too much going on next week. And with all these fires going on, it’s very possible I wouldn’t have a tractor driver. We will plan for the 26th!!

As of now, we will still have the race Wednesday night. Obviously the air quality is not good, but I will leave that up to you guys to decide if you want to run or not!
If you are already entered and want out, please let me know. I will probably not do a draw until race time. And I understand some of us are still needing to ride and work horses so that’s why I’m not going to cancel it all together!

** last night it did clear up some. My air quality said 120. Obviously still not ideal but evenings are a little better. Again - please decide what is best for yourself & your horses 🙂 hopefully tomorrow evening is better yet!
