This hands-on experience includes daily horse care, riding, grooming, barn routines, and working together as part of the barn community.

The shorter camp day (9:00–1:00) leaves plenty of time for summer afternoons with family, swimming, other activities, or simply being home and outdoors.

Small groups allow for individual attention and steady progress for both new and experienced riders.

Parent–Child Horse Camp (New Offering)

I’m exploring the idea of offering a parent–child horse camp the week of July 21–24 at Delaney Stables.

This would be a small-group, hands-on introduction to horsemanship designed for a parent and child to learn side by side. The focus is on understanding horses from the ground up—daily care, handling, grooming, and riding—while building confidence and shared experience.

No prior experience is needed.

Details:
Tuesday–Friday, 9:00–1:00
$400 per participant
Small group format

This week will run with a minimum of 4 participants. If you’re interested, please reach out or send a deposit to hold a tentative spot while I gauge interest.
