SDState Miller Wellness Center You Belong Here! Located in the Miller Wellness Center. The Miller Wellness Center is designed to meet the diverse needs of all.

We offer an indoor pool, indoor track, 4 full size gym courts, cardio and weight training equipment, a 35 foot rock wall, and over 60 group exercise classes a week, including virtual classes. Group exercise programs include, but are not limited to; Pilates, Yoga, Glutes + Guts, Rythmn Ride, SilverSneakers, PiYo, Water Aerobics, and Spinning. Individual programming, such as fitness evaluations, nut
