Hi! I’m Mackenzie Klimek. I love all things wellness & fitness! I have been teaching fitness classes for 10 years at various gyms around Nebraska.

I am currently teaching Pilates classes at Secret Oasis in broken bow. I would love to have you in a class!!

✨STARTING JUNE 1st✨

✨because classes are FULL and waitlisted (which I am so grateful!!) I will need a 6 hour notice of cancellation. If you cancel after the 6 hour window OR no show for class it will be a $5 fee.

✨I know we all have life happening and things come up and that’s totally okay but my goal is to fill my mats in each class!!

Our core muscles include
✨abdomen
✨lower back
✨hips
✨pelvis

These muscles working during almost any movement we do. In Pilates we start with the core. Everything else stems from there.
