The Ballet Center is a dance studio located in Bristol, Rhode Island and offers quality dance classes to dancers of all ages 3 and up in a variety of dance styles. We are a Pre-Professional dance studio with two annual productions including The Nutcracker!

Rose was chosen as Student of the Month for her authenticity in dance, where she embraces movement with freedom, creativity, and curiosity. Having had 10 years of dance experience, she has found that her favorite styles are ballet and pointe. Outside the studio, Rose enjoys theater, reading, and watching murder mysteries. She is currently reading Pride and Prejudice, and her favorite snack is Undercover Milk Chocolate Quinoa Crisps. Rose loves dance because “it's an escape from everyday pressures, and an opportunity for me to focus on what I feel most passionate about.”

There is a beautiful moment in a dancer’s journey when the focus begins to shift from simply learning the steps to truly dancing. We are seeing that transformation in Brooke during Force Fusion. The movement is becoming more natural, the musicality is emerging, and her confidence is beginning to shine through. This is what growth looks like. Not just learning choreography, but discovering how to express yourself through movement. From doing the steps to becoming the dancer.

This time around, our Force Fusion group had to tap into something a bit different and dance to Bury a Friend! This creepy choreography came around just in time for Halloween!

The FINAL round is here! Welcome to week 4 of The Ballet Centers Ab Challenge!
A 1.5-minute V-sit and a 1.5-minute hollow log. Just like last week, keep breathing and know this is the last round. We had a few students win every round last year—that's a lot of strength! I bet it can be YOU this year :)
