It's time to recommit to regular physical activity, explore new fitness opportunities, and prioritize overall well-being. Whether it's trying a new group fitness class, improving mobility, or taking daily walks- small, consistent habits lay the foundation for long-term success.

Our Fall Wellness Challenge is the perfect way to re-establish your routine and build strong habits as we approach the holiday season! This 8-week, small group training program runs from September 28-November 21. Under the guidance of a certified personal trainer, you'll be supported in all aspects of wellness from strength and recovery practices to mindfulness and nutrition support.
