Hi everyone, Who’s coming to barre at 9:00am and Bogafitmat at 11:00am Brighton Recreation Center? For Bogafitmat don’t forget to register online or call to get your spot… boards are limited. Registration opens up 24hrs before class and stays open until 1hr until class starts. Don’t forget to get your spot and have some fun. I know I wasn’t there last week but I’m back… theses classes are every Wednesday morning and we have longer childcare hours 8:00am -1:30pm.

I wanted to let you all know that there's No river circuit 8:00am or water barre 9:15am this morning at Carbon valley Rec Center this morning… due to humidity with the pool and the chlorine. I'm so sorry. I hope you all are having a great morning. Have a great day! sorry for the inconvenience

I’m also subbing for Susan’s water fitness class this Monday morning at 9:00am.

Silver sneakers power and mobility at 8:00am on Monday mornings

And try out out newest Barre Class on Monday afternoons starting tomorrow-

Lunch time Barre at the Brighton Recreation Center every Monday at 12pm.

Barre Wednesday mornings at 9:00am

Bogafitmat Wednesday mornings at 11:00am

I hope to see you there. They also extended the childcare hours 8:30am - 1:30pm. All of those classes are at the Brighton Rec center.

I have some exciting news!!!! 🥳

Starting the week of January 9th, 2023. I’m going to be teaching some water fitness classes at the Carbon Valley Rec Center. Every Friday morning. I will still have my same schedule at the Brighton Rec center but sometimes it’s good to add and change things up a bit… Here’s my new schedule for the new year. -

-Brighton Rec center schedule-
*Mondays 8:00am - silver sneakers *Wednesdays 9:00am - Barre
*Wednesdays 11:00am - Bogafitmat

-Carbon Valley Rec Center Schedule-
*Fridays 8:00am - water fitness River circuit
*Fridays 9:15- Water Barre
