By day, she’s shaping young minds as a teacher… and by night, she’s showing up and putting in WORK like it’s her job 🔥

After teaching kids all day she somehow still has the energy to absolutely crush every single workout we throw her way. Whether it’s strength, conditioning, or something that looks “easy”… she makes it look even easier 👏

Spotlight Member of the Month – Sets Brick 🔥
Give it up for JOSH!

From Coach Justin: Josh is dependable, hard-working, and an absolute DAWG. When we needed someone last minute, he didn’t hesitate—he stepped up and crushed it as part of our relay team 💪

Josh is a monster on the machines, always hunting that top spot on the board and pushing himself every single class. But just as strong as his work ethic is his vibe—he’s fun to coach, fun to be around, and never fails to bring energy to the room. His ongoing mission to do zero burpees and somehow turn everything into arms-only work keeps the laughs coming 😂

You’ll almost always catch Josh in the evening classes, showing up consistently, supporting events like Family Day, and repping Sets the right way. He was also part of our Tribe relay, proving he’s all in for the community, not just the workout.

Josh, we appreciate your hustle, your humor, and your heart. Sets Brick is better with you in it 🖤🔥
