Congratulations to Brick United 12u on a successful Spring and Summer 2026…
Brick United 12u just competed in Week 14 in Cooperstown, the Mecca of 12u baseball and the most famous travel ball tournament in the world.
In 5 days, the team played 10 games. These boys played team baseball each and every game. They never gave up no matter what we were up against and that perseverance is the cornerstone of United Baseball. Every player on the roster had a hand in our success. Whether it was pushing through injuries, hitting their 1st ever HR, pitching lights out on the mound, playing solid defense, running the bases aggressively, the United were on point all week.
The week ended with Brick United winning the Monster Bracket Championship! In the Championship game, United roared back from a 6-0 deficit in the top of the 1st to win the game 13-12. Game MVP Jacob Ruiz hit 2 Grand Slams in the game to lead the comeback & even closed out the game with a save. A game for the ages.
Throughout the entire tournament of 15 weeks & over 1400 teams entered, The United are 1 of only 45 teams that will be recognized as a Champion of a Bracket. What an accomplishment!
This game will be the last as a 12u team. What a way to end that stage of baseball and advance to big field baseball…
