I couldn't be more proud of Gilad Susman, SHR Midnight Whizard, and our entire Lucky Z Ranch team!
What a weekend for SHR Midnight Whizard (Whiz)! This handsome boy brought home around $1,500 in earnings, pushing his LTE to over $5,000! 🔥
Whiz hasn't necessarily had the easiest road. Between his time with Mandy and finding his way into Gilad's hands, he went through some things that made him a challenging horse to figure out. I won't sugarcoat it — Whiz was a tough one for Gilad in the beginning. But with patience, consistency, a whole lot of hard work, and a willingness to be fair, these two have finally found their groove. And watching that partnership come together has been so incredibly rewarding.
Since Gilad came to Lucky Z Ranch, it's been a blending of programs, personalities, philosophies, and ideas. Anyone in the horse industry knows that bringing different programs together isn't always seamless, but I cannot begin to express how thankful, honored, and genuinely grateful I am to have Gilad and his team here.
It's not just about the wins or the money earned. It's about the dedication, the horsemanship, the long hours, the willingness to adapt, and having people around you who truly care about the horses and the success of the entire program. (Kris Bond!)
I'm proud of what we're building, proud of the progress we're making, and even prouder of the people who are helping make it happen. ❤️
Gilad, thank you for believing in Whiz, putting in the work, and being such an important part of Lucky Z Ranch. And to the entire team — your hard work doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated!
Here's to the horses that challenge us, the people who don't give up on them, and the partnerships that make it all worth it. 🥂
The best is yet to come!
