This Guncrafter is finished in Melonite and TiN. The black matte finish is a heat treated process that gives the steel its black color. TiN or Titanim Nitride is a physical v***r disposition(PVD) that is gold. It covers the metal with a very thin layer acting as a dry lubricant making it easier to clean the carbon off.
