F3 Brandon officially kicked off a new AO Dragon’s Breath tonight. It was cold, but the strength workout warmed us up quickly. Great work from all PAX that showed up, and it is great to have the only night workout in the area.

The past few months have truly been a blessing, and this Christmas season has given me a special time to pause, reflect, and be grateful.

Serving as the leader of F3 Brandon during this season has been incredibly meaningful, especially while walking through the loss of my dad. The support, prayers, encouragement, and brotherhood I experienced before and after his passing reminded me just how powerful community can be when it’s rooted in faith and genuine care for one another.

Christmas is a reminder of hope, love, and the importance of showing up for each other, and that’s exactly what the men of F3 Brandon have done. F3 is more than early morning workouts—it’s men locking arms in both the joyful and difficult seasons of life.

As we look ahead to 2026, I’m excited for what’s next. We’re ready to grow, reach more men in our community, and continue strengthening fitness, fellowship, and faith here in Brandon.

🍁 Happy Thanksgiving, F3 Brothers! 🦃

As we head into this day of gratitude, I want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to every HIM in our F3 region. Whether you’ve been posting since the beginning or you just joined us in the gloom this month, YOU are what makes this region strong.

Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for pushing yourselves—and the man next to you.
Thank you for the accountability, the laughter, the early mornings, the prayers, and the iron sharpening iron.

F3 is more than workouts. It’s brotherhood, leadership, and purpose. And I’m grateful for each of you who invests in it and helps make this region a place where men can grow in Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith.

Enjoy this day with your families, fuel up, and rest well… we’ll be back out there together soon.

F3 Brandon kicked off our first-ever workout at “The Forge” with a fantastic start this morning, with 13 men in total from two neighboring regions and two FNGs. We had a great workout, fellowship during and after the workout, and a great message was provided during COT. This is just the beginning of an amazing thing happening, Brandon, and we look forward to watching it grow.
