Your career ends. You don’t. Now what?

Nobody prepares you for that morning. The one where the title is gone. The meetings are gone. The calendar that told you who you were, gone. And the world just keeps moving like nothing happened.

I’ve been coaching professionals through this exact moment since 2010. Identity transitions, career pivots, what comes after the “big job.” I’ve sat with people in that disorienting silence and helped them find what’s next.
