At THNDR Performance, we’re not running random “conditioning” workouts or making athletes tired just to sweat. Every session is built with purpose — using structured, age-appropriate, periodized training designed to improve:

🏆 Ages 10–18 | All Sports
TRAINING TIMES (MWF)
• Kiddos (10–12): 10:00–10:45am
• Middle School: 11:15am–12:00pm
• High School: 12:15–1:15pm
