iStroll, LLC Bowling Green A community of moms who value fitness and friendship. A supportive, motivating class atmosphere that iStroll, however, is more than a workout class.

iStroll is the ultimate 60 minute stroller workout made by athletes for parents. iStroll incorporates running, body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands and of course, a jogging stroller! It gives both moms and dads a full body workout while keeping babies moving and happy! It is a place to meet other parents with similar interests who are also in the same life stage. As you become stronger, faster

and healthier, you will not only make life long friends but through leading by example you will empower the next generation to be fit too. Come try us out! Your first class is always free.

We sent iStroll off this morning with a packed class, lots of hugs and 7 years of shared memories. Thank you to each person who has been part of our tribe. YOU have made iStroll the loving, supportive, encouraging community that it is. The workouts may be over but the friendships will last a lifetime.

1,436 - Not an exact number but a good estimate of the number of classes iStroll Bowling Green has held over the past 7 years. We have loved being a part of the Bowling Green community and meeting so many wonderful families. Please join us for our final week of classes July 29-Aug 2.

We are ending with a FREE WEEK of classes! If you have ever been a part of the iStroll community we would LOVE for you to come join us one last time. Let’s send iStroll off with packed classes and full hearts. 🫶
