Shorter bands in front of the body.
This was intentionally designed to provide assistance during knee lift, high heel recovery, and front-side repositioning—helping athletes stay connected and FEEL the movement.
Because front-side mechanics doesn’t happen when the band is fully stretched.
It happens during recovery.
During rhythm.
During repositioning.
That’s why we use strategic body landmarks, assisted front-side mechanics, and resisted force application to help athletes feel the positions that drive efficient sprinting.
