Yes, that’s right! More Cocodona 250 kudos!

Special shoutout and congratulations to Melissa Perez who not only finished Cocodona250 as 16th place female, but also graduated from grad school just before toeing the line.

Training got shuffled around at times but Melissa’s commitment to being on the starting line of Cocodona prepared to have her best week, never wavered.

We’re fortunate to have a wonderful local race series that includes both road and trail races, put on by the Black Hills Running Club.

Recently, we finally made it out to BearLodge 10k in Sundance, WY and then we followed that up with Rattler 5 Mile here in town.

Sedona Canyons 125 dynamic duo, Arianne & Jason Whittaker!

Congratulations to athlete Arianne on her Sedona 125 finish in 42:42, top ten in her age group, and 20th place female.

Arianne and her husband, Jason, ran together the whole way and crossed the finish line together.
