On Monday nite, our OG ADF instructor , taught her last 2 exotic floor and pole classes 🥺

We are grateful for all the amazing lessons and student coaching ever since our studio doors opened back in Oct 2022 🙌

Kat has graced us with her dance talents, musicality, professionalism, attention to detail, and she brought fabulous fun🔥❤️‍🔥 to all her classes.

Learn tricks incorporating the aerial sling into the pole! Students will learn tricks, followed by a mini sequence to a song.
