Here’s my go-to evening protein shake when I’m still a little hungry but want to fuel recovery while I sleep:
✅ Banana + Strawberries – packed with antioxidants and nutrients.
✅ Avocado – a source of healthy fats to support hormone balance.
✅ Chia seeds – loaded with fiber, omega-3s, and added health benefits.
✅ Almond milk – smooth base with fewer calories.
✅ 1 scoop of Casein protein – the star ingredient for slow-release amino acids all night long.
(Optional: Greek yogurt for extra protein and creaminess.)
Blend it all together and you’ve got a shake with 25g of protein, antioxidants from strawberries, healthy fats from avocado,
