Private sessions are available by appointment. Each class is 45-50minutes long, all ages, sexes and fitness levels are welcomed. We are proud to offer nutrition sessions for those interested in working with a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. Together we will get you to your goal weight, lower your risk of disease, boost your energy and drop inches. We will tweak your diet, emphasize the elimination of processed foods and drinks and work to increase your plant based foods, vegetables and whole all natural ingredients.
