Honest moment here.

I’m a perfectionist. I want everything lined up before I pull the trigger. The right time, the right plan, the right situation.

And it’s held me back more times than I can count.

The same thing happens with fitness. People wait until life settles down. Until the kids’ schedule clears up. Until work slows down. Until Monday.

That perfect moment never comes. And another year goes by.
