• Order Processing Times
In most cases, orders will not ship the same business day as they may have in the past. We are no longer a fully staffed store, and some days it simply isn’t feasible. You are receiving your products at a discount, so we kindly ask for a little grace with processing times.
• Tracking Updates
Please be patient with your tracking information. We ship through USPS Click‑N‑Ship, and it can take a little time for tracking to update and send you a notification.
• Customer Care
Please know that we will ALWAYS take care of our customers — 100%. We are not perfect, and mistakes can happen, but our customers remain our top priority. We will always make things right with any issues that arise.
