July 18th Club picnic photos. Everyone had a great time, good food and fellowship.

REMINDER:
August Club meeting is Monday August 24th at 7:30pm at the club picnic shelter. Come over and join us.

Note: Club dues are due by February 15th 2027. Dues may be paid starting November 2026. No mailing notice will be sent out, so mark your calender.

REMINDER:
Saturday July 18th is the annual Sportsmans Club picnic. All members are encouraged to come and join us for fellowship and some good food. Members may bring friends and family to enjoy the evening with us. The club will provide hotdogs, hamburgers and fried fish. All members are requested to bring a covered dish. The picnic will be held at the shelter at 5pm. Please come and join us. Pass the word to other members.

REMINDER:
Club picnic this coming Saturday July 18th at 5pm!!
Members Bring your family and guest and come join us. Club will be providing hotdogs, hamburgers and fried catfish. Membership is requested to bring a covered dish. Hope to see you there. Location is the club picnic shelter.

Also just to remind everyone if you are hiking around the club, July is breeding season for bears and they are on the move. Be aware of you surroundings.

CLUB NEWS:

We would like to remind everyone that the annual Club picnic is scheduled for July 18th, 5pm at the Club picnic shelter. The picnic is for Club members and their guest. The Club will provide hotdogs, hamburgers and fried catfish. The membership is asked to bring a covered dish and come over and join us for great eating and fellowship.

A Board meeting will follow at the end of the meal. Night fishing for members and guest (Guest fees apply for fishing). To all members, please bring family and guest and join us for a great evening. Hope to see you there.

Reminder for members:
Membership dues must be paid for 2027 by February 15th 2027. The Club will not send out reminders due to the increasing cost of postage. Members may start paying dues in November 2026.

We have our May meeting this evening, 5/25/26, at the Sportsmans Club picnic shelter 7:30 pm. All members are always welcome and encouraged to come and see what's going on in your club.

Club News:
We stocked today 05-20-26. 1600 pound of trout was put in the lake for the Memorial Day weekend. Just remember 10 trout per week (Sunday through Saturday).

We've had recent complaints of trash being left behind. We would like to remind everyone to clean up behind yourself and group, please help keep the club clean.

We have a Club meeting on Monday, May 25th at 7:30pm, at the picnic shelter. We hope everyone has a great Memorial weekend.

Announcement:
It's that time of year again! The pond is stocked with 4800 pound of trout just waiting to challenge the anglers. April 11th we will be having our annual membership kids day. This event is open to members children and grandchildren 15years old and younger. We will have food and prizes for the children as well as a fishing tournament for the largest 3 fish. Trophies will be given. Fishing starts at 9am, trophies awarded at 2pm.

On April 12th starting at 9am general membership fishing starts. Reminder there is a 10 fish limited per week which includes fish caught on kids day.

Reminder: Effective today April 1st all fishing at the club is closed for restocking. The fishing will open back up on April 11th for kids day ( members children and grandchildren 15 years old and younger). There will be prizes and food for the children.

We will also be having our fishing contest with trophies and gift cards for the top three anglers.

Membership fishing will start on April 12th at 9am. (Members only no guest at this time). Limit is 10 fish per week. Any fish caught on kids day will come off of First week's limit. Hope to see all members soon.

We have a club meeting tonight at the Tazewell County Sportsmans Club. The meeting will be at the Picnic Shelter on club property at 7:30. To all club members please come and join us

Also fishing will close the last day of March for stocking for the up coming season. Kids day will on April 11th starting at 9am. This is open for members children and grandchildren 15 years old and younger. General membership opening day will be on April 12th at 9am. (10 fish limit per week)
