RGC Gymnastics Our goal is to maximize the potential of each individual by providing affordable, quality gymnastics instruction, in a safe and fun environment.

We believe the sport of gymnastics provides students with many benefits that extend far beyond the boundaries. RGC is a non-profit founded over 50 years ago. It is managed by a Board of Directors and offers Recreational classes & USAG competitive teams.

It's Meet the Team Monday!

Meet our Platinum and Diamond team! These are the highest levels in our Xcel program, and they bring so much fun and energy everywhere they go. Bringing their Sombr flag, coconut, rock, and golf ball mascots to every meet. Good luck to these girls at state this weekend!

Over the weekend our upper levels wrapped up their regular season at Shamrock Shake ☘️ Congrats to our Diamond team for placing 4th!

Huge shoutout to Nora (Diamond) and Annora (Platinum) for qualifying for Event Finals on bars after placing in the top four across all age divisions, with Nora taking home 3rd place at Event Finals.

We are so proud of all the hard work our gymnasts have put in this season.
