REMINDER - the gym is closed next week (3/31 - 4/3). There will be no one at the gym to meet the bus if a gymnast accidentally rides it so PLEASE remind your athletes that there is no practice.

Couple of reminders/clarifications for March:
We do not have practice next week due to Bloomer’s Spring Break.
The winter session ends on Friday March 20, so one week of practice after the break.
The showcase is on Sunday March 22, 1:30-3:30 at Bloomer Middle School.
The spring session starts on Monday March 23.

The girls competed in their first MAGA state meet today - and their last meet of the season. They did amazing!!! Many personal bests today, a lot of strength shown in their mental game and one of their best team scores of the season.

But the real excitement - they won the coveted Sportsmanship Award!!! This is an award voted on by the judges and an award the teams actively try and get - but the best part, I didn’t even tell our girls this award was a thing - they were just being themselves and ended up winning thr award! This is the team award I am most proud of over the last 15 years! Way to represent the Phoenix Family Values ladies!!!!

Quick update for this year’s showcase! I know info has gone out that the showcase will take place on Saturday 3/21 - but due to added athletes at our home meet we will have to move the showcase to Sunday 3/22 1:30-3:30 PM. Still at the middle school. Please let your child’s coach know if your child plans to participate. More info to come…..

It’s meet day!!!!! Final meet of the regular season! And it has been a great season! We have had so much fun this season and have loved competing MAGA. For some, next week starts prep for state, for others, next week brings the start of prepping for a new season which means NEW SKILLS!!! Either way - I could not be more proud of this group of girls!

Reminder - no classes this week. The gym is closed due to the HS home meet tonight at the MS.
Be sure to come out to BMS tonight at 6:30 to cheer on our Bloomer/Colfax/Cadott gymnasts!!!
