Ready to find your balance and calm your nervous system? We are kicking off our Summer Wellness Series at Elemental Pilates with an afternoon dedicated entirely to nourishing your mind and body.

Join us on Sunday, June 14th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM for an intentional, grounding experience:

🌿 1. Nutritional Therapy Stress Management Workshop Led by the wonderful Nikki Freeman (Nutritional Therapy Practitioner), you’ll learn how to naturally support your body, balance hormones, and manage daily stressors through foundational lifestyle habits.

🧘 2. Pilates Mat Class
Led by Christey (studio Owner), this session is specifically designed to soothe your nervous system through a deep, intentional, mind-body connection. (Beginner & injury-friendly!)

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your body… is slow down and be supported.

This is a glimpse of aerial yoga—and it’s a little different from what most people expect when they hear “aerial.”

At Elemental, Jaime teaches Aerial through a Hatha yoga lens. That means we’re not chasing tricks or performance. We’re using the hammock as a tool for:
• Support instead of strain
• Breath-led movement instead of momentum
• Nervous system regulation instead of overstimulation

In a practice like this, the fabric holds you so your body can let go of unnecessary tension. The spine decompresses, the hips soften, and the breath becomes the guide. It’s less about doing… and more about allowing.

Friday and Saturday at Elemental have their own kind of rhythm—and your body will thank you for leaning into it.

Friday at 9am is our Water class… and no, not in a pool. 😉
Think of this as your “oil change” class—the one that helps everything glide a little smoother. Perfect if you’re feeling stiff, creaky, or just need to ease back into movement. It’s beginner-friendly, gentle, and incredibly effective at helping the body feel more fluid, open, and supported. A little cheeky, a lot necessary.

Then we roll into Saturday:

✨ Barre — a fun, upbeat burn that wakes everything up and leaves you feeling strong, lifted, and energized for the weekend.

🌿 Earth (Mat Pilates) — our midlevel mat class, but don’t let that scare you. The teaching is so supportive and clear that beginners feel right at home while still giving seasoned movers something to work into. It’s grounding, steady, and exactly what your body needs to feel connected again.

Whether you need to loosen up, fire up, or ground down, we’ve got a spot for you this weekend.
