The one thing that changed everything for me?

I stopped trying to do it all at once.

No more “Monday I’ll start everything” — the workouts, the diet, the supplements, the new routine, the cleaner house, the better mornings.

Just one small thing. Then another. Then another.

Real, lasting change doesn’t come from a big overhaul. It comes from showing up small and consistent — every single day.
