Ready to watch your child’s confidence, strength, and joy soar this fall? 🪁✨

🦋 Registration is officially OPEN for our Fall 2026 Aerial Yoga series at Born’s Birmingham studio! Designed specifically for kids and teens, our aerial hammock classes offer a playful, supportive environment where young yogis can build physical strength, core balance, and body awareness—all while hanging out (literally!) and having fun with friends.

☮️ Aerial Yoga is truly a unique and special kids fitness experience and we love watching how our kiddos grow into confidence, build self regulation tools and have fun in a non-competitive environment. It’s one of our favorite offerings!

✨ Whether your child is taking flight for the first time or advancing their aerial practice, we have a section tailored to their age group and skill level. Beginners must be at least 7 years old for safety reasons.

👑✨ Reflecting on Week 1 of Summer Camp: Princesses & Poses! ✨👑

We had a magical week filled with yoga, creativity, and royal fun! Our royal little yogis explored the studio while learning graceful poses, practicing kindness, and building new friendships. We had a special guest appearance from Princess Aerial! 🧜🏼‍♀️ The amazed smiles, whispers and giggles were priceless 🥰💖

When we weren’t on our mats, we were playing in the classroom and outside, diving into beautiful themed crafts, running through the rainbow unicorn sprinkler 🦄, and having tea parties on the patio. 🫖

Watching their confidence shine as they embodied their favorite royal qualities was pure magic! ✨💖

🎨 Drop-off & craft time — no easing in here. Your kid walks through the door and straight into the fun!! Think bead bracelets, foam stickers, paint markers, sensory play, and whatever creative magic the week’s theme calls for!

🏰 Open play & gross motor movement — bouncy houses, the rock climbing wall, games, imaginative play and more! We believe kids need to move their bodies in big ways, and we give them plenty of space to do it with a camp counselor always close by.

🍎 Snack time — provided daily, because little yogis need fuel before they flow.

🧘 Yoga, mindful movement & music — the heart of what we do. Our certified instructors lead an age-appropriate yoga class woven around the theme of the week. Movement, breathwork, music, and a whole lot of giggles. This is where the magic happens! ✨

🍱 Lunch time — nut-free lunch on our front patio (bring from home, or add on a hot lunch option from our neighbors at Whistle Stop Diner 🥞). Fresh air and good energy, every single day.

💦 Outdoor play, water play & games — we head out to the field every afternoon. Slip n’ slides, water games, parachutes, and all the messy, sunny, screaming-with-joy chaos that makes a summer week feel like a core memory 💖
