This summer, I had a little dream to create an offering around these incredibly special bowls… and somehow, it became so much more. 🤍

Week after week, we gathered, we shared, we softened, and a beautiful little community began to form. By the time I announced our final sound immersion of the summer, I was genuinely so sad to see it end.

Thank you to every single person who came, listened, felt, shared, and made these evenings what they were. This is only the beginning. ✨

Next up: retreat scouting and dreaming up even more spaces for yoga, sound, connection, and truly transformative experiences. I cannot wait to see where we gather next. 🤍

And apparently I can’t walk past an incredible tree without needing to climb it, hug it, or somehow become one with it. 😂🌳

I’ll be in Southern California August 26–September 9, fresh off my Level II Crystal Cadence training and heading into a beautiful retreat with

While I’m there, I’ll have limited availability for private sound immersions, collaborations + community offerings throughout San Diego and the LA area.

Still taking it all in ✨🌿🥹

What an absolute honor to be part of this year. Getting to teach Inner Pharmacy and Yoga for Inner + Outer Radiance surrounded by the trees, the water, and this beautiful community honestly still feels a little surreal.

And the biggest love to , .g.yoga, and the entire Barefoot & Free team who poured SO much into creating this weekend. The amount of thought, heart, coordination, creativity, and energy that goes into bringing something like this to life is incredible. 🤍

What you’ve all created over the years is truly so special. Thank you for inviting me in and trusting me to bring my work into this space.

I came home completely inspired and already have SO many ideas swirling around for next year!! I seriously cannot wait. ✨

Thank you to everyone who practiced with me, stopped to say hello, shared their stories, and made this weekend what it was.
