Prayer for you tonight
Lord Jesus, I come to you tonight as my Lord and my savior. I confess you as Lord of my life and Lord of my household. I place the blood of Jesus over every door, every window, every opening of this home by the blood of Jesus, which Colossians 2 says disarmed every principality and every power I cancel every assignment that has been sent against this house. Spirit of strife, I name you and command you to go in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth,go. Spirit of fear I name you, you are not given to me by God. Second Timothy 1:7 says so. In the name of Jesus ,go. spirit of oppression, spirit of heaviness spirit of that gray cloud that settles over my mind and over this house I name you, Isaiah 61 says,” The Lord came to give the garment of praise in exchange for the spirit of heaviness. I take the exchange. In the name of Jesus, go. Spirit of confusion, spirit of slumber, Spirit of accusation, Spirit of strife, every assignment sent against this family, I cancel your assignment now. You have no legal ground in this household. The blood of Jesus covers every door. In the name of Jesus, go now and do not return. Lord Jesus, I asked you now to seal every door, every window, every entrance of this home by your blood tonight. Let your angels take their posts. Let the hedge be restored the hedge that Job 1:10 describes. A hedge about me, about my house, about all that I have. I claim that hedge tonight in the name of Jesus. Father, if there is any open door in my life, any unforgiveness im holding, any area of sin I’ve not brought before you, I bring it now. I choose to forgive every person who has wronged me or my household. I release them to you. I leave the sender of any assignment in your hands. You are the judge. I trust your justice. I bless those who have wronged me, as Romans 12:14 commands me, and I close the door. Father, I renounce any generational curse that has operated in my family line. I break its power now in the name of Jesus because Galatians chapter 3:13 say Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Lord. I receive that redemption tonight for myself and for every person under my roof. I receive freedom now.
