Who remembers the Popeil Pocket Fisherman? There's one for sale in Phillipsburg on Facebook Marketplace. It made me think of fishing with my dad and grandfather. Great memories from a very 70's invention.

🎣🐟 THE FINGERLINGS HAVE ARRIVED!!!

Our Spring 2027 trout fingerlings have arrived and with a little love and care are ready to grow into the trout that make fishing such a great experience! 🎣🌊

It may start with tiny fingerlings, but before you know it, the streams will be full of action, the rods will be bending, and the stories about “the one that got away” will be growing even bigger! 😄🐟

A big thank you to everyone who helps make our club such a great place for outdoor sports, fishing, and family fun. We can’t wait to see what this season brings!

Spring Valley Tavern is opening tomorrow!

We’re excited to officially open our doors on Wednesday, June 24 at 4:00 PM!🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. We truly couldn’t have done it without you. We’re so grateful for all the encouragement and can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on!

Come by, grab some great food and drinks, and help us kick off this new adventure! We’re looking forward to seeing familiar faces and making plenty of new friends along the way.

🎱 Breaking News: The SVSC 8-Ball Has Gone on Vacation!

After an extensive investigation, countless meetings, and at least three questionable bank shots, it has been determined that there will be NO Eight Ball Tournament Pool Nights until the fall.

The pool tables have requested a summer vacation.
The cue sticks are headed south for the season.
And the 8-ball has entered witness protection after all the abuse it took this year.

To our pool hustlers:
Please refrain from challenging random strangers in restaurants, using broomsticks as cue sticks, or practicing trick shots on the kitchen table.

We'll be back this fall for more missed easy shots, miraculous lucky breaks, heated debates over the rules, and plenty of laughs and drinks with friends.

Until then, enjoy the summer and start working on your excuses for why you lost last season. 😎
