We provide a comprehensive Strength and Conditioning program for athletes of all ages as well as for adults. Exercise Prescription is based on information gathered during our assessment protocol and the training principles of specificity and progress overload. Our number one goal is to progress individuals on the most efficient path to reach optimal performance. This includes addressing body compo

sition, mobility, relative strength, absolute strength, sports specific metabolic conditioning levels, and power depending on where an athlete or individual falls on the training continuum. šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’ØBefore you descend, take a deep belly breath—not into your chest, but into your abdomen. Fill your core with air, then brace down as if someone is about to punch you in the stomach. That combination creates intra-abdominal pressure, giving your spine the stability it needs to handle heavier loads safely and efficiently.

🤿Now imagine you’ve gone underwater…

šŸ‹ļøā€ā™‚ļøHold that breath and brace throughout the entire squat. Don’t let the air escape as you descend or at the bottom. Stay tight until you’ve driven back to the top and completed the rep.

The sequence is simple:

āœ… Big belly breath
āœ… Brace hard
āœ… Squat while holding your breath
āœ… Exhale and reset at the top
āœ… Repeat
