One of Chris’s goals is to improve her gymnastics movements. Today we worked on refining her Kipping Knee Raises.
Some of the biggest improvements came from learning to stay active through her shoulders/lats and create a stronger arch-to-hollow swing. These small adjustments helped her generate more efficient power, making each rep smoother and more controlled.
This is the value of coaching.
Sometimes it’s not about working harder or doing more reps—it’s about having a seasoned trainer identify what is holding you back and giving you the tools to fix it.
