That’s a wrap on fall baseball for 2026.

Awesome group of dudes. They brought the energy every time out, competed their butts off against college-level competition, and made this fall a lot of fun.

Exit reports will be out… at some point.

Now it’s time to get to work on what we learned over the summer and fall.

The games give us an opportunity to evaluate where players are, identify what needs improvement, and establish priorities for the months ahead.

The games are the assessment. The offseason is where we address what the assessment revealed.

And it is officially the offseason.

Don’t buy shingles when you haven’t even poured the slab yet.

You can’t put a strong, healthy tree branch on a sapling.

“Arm care” starts at the toes and works up.

Strength training is the meat and potatoes of arm care.

The things you think of as arm care are the dinner rolls.
Good to have, but not as important as the main course

EAP has been involved with approximately 175 athletes that played collegiate sports in the last 10-12 years.

Approximately 90% of that number were baseball players.

A shocking number of those never played a single game at AAA/Major levels during their youth baseball years.

Just food for thought while we’re in the midst of Travel-Ball-Transfer-Portal season.

I’m not here to argue with strangers on the internet. I prefer to give information I know, or believe strongly to be true so people can make informed decisions.
