• 6:00 AM
• 7:00 AM
• 8:00 AM

Whether you’re an early bird, fitting in a workout before work, or easing into your morning, there’s now a class time for you.

Harbor Pilates will be closed July 4 & 5 for the Independence Day holiday so our team can enjoy time with friends and family.

We’ve added extra classes on July 3, so you can fire up your core before the fireworks! Join us for one more workout before the long weekend.

You may have noticed Harbor Pilates instructor Kailee missing from her Sunday classes this past weekend- and for good reason! 💪

Kailee was competing in the M22 Challenge in Michigan’s beautiful Leelanau Peninsula, completing a 2.5-mile run, 17-mile bike ride, and 2.5-mile paddle.

This was her third year taking on the challenge, and she crushed her previous record by 34 minutes, finishing with an official time of 2:32:56!

We’re so proud of her dedication, perseverance, and commitment to movement both inside and outside the studio.

✨ Kailee is back teaching tonight and will be back to her usual Sunday morning classes. Be sure to congratulate her the next time you see her! 🎉
