We can’t believe our first show of the Spring Series is this Friday — we’re so excited to see you all!

A few important housekeeping reminders:
📌Pre-entries: To be included in the pre-entry draw, you must sign up and submit payment by 1 PM on Thursday. If payment isn’t received by then, you will not be in the pre-entry draw. (If you’ve already made arrangements with us, you’re all set.)
📌Check-in: When you arrive, there will be a check-in list for stalls and electric hookups. Please initial next to your name for both the number of nights/electric and stalls and confirm payment. This helps us stay organized when settling with the fair and 4H club.
📌Training Sessions & Expos
If you’ve already paid — thank you!
If not, you can still pay at the gate when you check in.
We still have a few training session slots available! These sessions are a great way to get your horse in the arena, let them check out the sights, and make a few exhibitions runs with barrels set up. You can expo as many times as you need during your session. There are only 8 riders per slot, so spots are limited!
Stall and Electric rules:
📌 If you are getting electric you MUST have a stall there is to be NO penning out in those areas.
📌If you are penning out, please clean up after yourself and your animals. Do not throw manure over fences! Anyone caught doing so WILL BE fined the cost of a stall.
Please use the large white bins labeled “Manure.”
📌Stall refunds for those getting a stall: Clean your stalls before you leave to receive your $20 refund. A show representative will check your stall and return your deposit once approved.
📌Stall assignments: Posted Wednesday evening, with stalls numbered and labeled with your names. Once you arrive and get settled, you must come to check in. They have a limited amount of sawdust for sale so please if you can bring your own, please do.
Need a stall? A few are still available in the Draft Horse Barn!
📌Arrival time: Gates open at 1 PM on Thursday — no early arrivals, please.
We will have The Naked Shirt with us as well for this weekend. They will have apparel for you to purchase with our swag as well as some other horse related apparel! Please be sure to see them!!!
