Join us tonight along with Christine Poulson, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2026 for our last Village Green of the regular season with our friends from St. John, USVI ~ The Magnie Fam-Jamily! ❤
It will be a little soggy out there on the Village Green, so be sure to bring your chairs and some extra layers, as well a flashlight since it’s getting darker earlier!!
If it’s raining we will move inside to the Center for All Seasons, we can’t wait to see you and stay tuned for our announcement of location!

Remember to bring your dancing shoes, your chairs and your shades! You can stop at any one of our great food venues in town, or enjoy food from our friendly food truck ~ Of Maine Origin!
Thank you to all of our sponsors ~ including Day's Store and Generators of Maine for the targeted sponsoring of the Pro-Sound by Brad Truman. And our most important sponsor of all, YOU!! ⭐️
About the Magnies!
"It’s like family dinner, but with instruments - and you’re all invited!"
What started out as a way to get out of doing chores turned into family jam sessions that got a little out of hand, in the best possible way! This St. John, US Virgin Islands based band is made up of parents Lauren and Bo Magnie, their 15-year-old powerhouse singer-songwriter daughter Elena Serene, and 10-year-old groove-machine Otis. The FamJamily delivers a delightful mashup of rock, folk, soul, and all around good vibes.
Last year, they teamed up to record Elena’s debut album Green, already making waves with its mix of dreamy ballads, witty lyrics, and grown-up soul (from someone who calls herself a kid, but writes like a pro). Elena Serene wrote the songs and the whole FamJamily pitched in to bring the tracks to life! Otis laid down the drum tracks, Bo added bass and percussion, Lauren brought in the background vocals, and even Grandpa (“Poppy”) jumped in on keys and accordion. Whether they’re jamming on stage or tracking in the studio, this band is 100% homegrown, positive-energy, whole-heart fun!
