Give your child (ages 10-12) the confidence to train safely with a License to Train session! This educational session teaches proper equipment use, safe exercise practices, and fitness floor etiquette. Youth who complete the session earn their official "License to Train," granting them access to select cardio machines, strength equipment, and group fitness classes under parent supervision.

Members: $50 per session
