🔴 **NOT ALL RED LIGHT THERAPY IS CREATED EQUAL.** 🔴

Have you ever wondered what makes one red light therapy bed different from another?

There’s a lot more to consider than simply getting into a bed with red lights!

✨ Wavelengths
✨ Light intensity (irradiance)
✨ Treatment coverage
✨ Equipment specifications and treatment protocols

These details matter when comparing red light therapy systems, and not all devices deliver the same specifications or have the same supporting research.

At **FITHub 501**, I believe in knowing what you're investing in and looking beyond the hype. ❤️

If you're exploring red light therapy, I encourage you to ask questions, compare the equipment, and learn what makes each system different.

**You deserve to know the difference!** 👏

Curious about the red light bed at FITHub 501? Come see what we're all about!

✨ **Let’s talk peptides…** ✨

I’ve been exploring peptides as part of my own personal wellness journey, and I’ve been doing a lot of learning along the way.

There is so much conversation happening around peptides, recovery, metabolism, healthy aging, and overall wellness. I know it can be overwhelming trying to sort through all the information out there!

My philosophy has always been to stay curious, ask questions, and do your own research before making decisions about your health.

I’m looking forward to sharing more about what I’m learning and having some open conversations with those of you who are curious, too. 👀

**Have you been hearing about peptides lately?** What questions do you have, or what topics would you like to learn more about?
