🏁 Summer Points Series – Class Updates 🏁
As we head into summer, we typically see a dip in turnout for indoor carpet racing—something all indoor tracks deal with.
Turn Marshals – It really is a team effort to keep things moving, and a good percentage of racers regularly step up to help. That does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated!
👉 With that said… the person who volunteers the most this series may receive a little recognition at awards time 😉
👉 These changes are specific to the Summer Points Series. We will return to our regular class structure for the Fall/Winter season.

✅ Short Course Truck (SCT) – Intermediate & Expert combined
✅ Stadium Truck – Intermediate & Expert combined
✅ 2WD Buggy
👉 Novice 17.5 Buggy – An entry level class, designed for beginners and those still learning
👉 17.5 2WD Buggy – Expert, Intermediate & top tier sportsman drivers combined
✅ Kids Novice
• No changes
• Still our only run-what-you-bring class 👍
✅ 4WD Buggy
👉 Will count toward the points series if we can get at least 5 entries for 5 of the scheduled events

🏆 Awards
• Combined classes may be awarded up to Top 6, depending on overall series car count
• Classes struggling to meet the 5-car minimum for 5 races will be awarded Top 3 plaques
• ✅ Kids Novice drivers attending at least 5 events will receive a season-ending plaque

We're back racing tomorrow evening! Tomorrow will just be a regular club race, not a points series race, to dial in the layout and figure out classes based on attendance for the summer. Doors open at 5pm and racing starts at 6:30.
