If you’ve been here this summer, you may have noticed that our dressing rooms have been under construction 🚧 👀

Huuuuuge thank you to Shannon Herman for her hard work on this project and turning these spaces into what they have become. We’re so excited to announce that the new dressing rooms will be revealed on Tuesday for the start of classes! ✨🤩

🌀What is Dance As You Are?

A class where everyone can dance. It’s all about fun, self expression and exploring curiosity through movement! Kids age 7-12 explore movement through games, music and exercises tailored for students’ needs! No experience in dance needed and all are welcome!

Starting September 19th this class will take place at Ballet Arts Studio on Saturdays from 1:00-2:00pm!

✨Adult classes at BAS are back beginning Tuesday, September 8th, with a refreshed schedule that includes Ballet, Tap, African Dance, and Theater Dance for a variety of levels. Whether you’re returning to the studio or trying something new, there’s a place for you! ✨

FALL 2026 ADULT CLASS SCHEDULE

MONDAYS
🕺 Adult Intermediate Tap with Katie
9:30–10:30 AM

TUESDAYS
🌍 Adult Beginning West African Dance with Nkoula & percussionist Angel Lau

Incredibly proud of these BAS dancers for representing our studio at the first Dance Across Dutchess event at the Dutchess County Fair!! They learned the finale less than 24 hours before performing it in front of a massive crowd on a very hot day! They danced beautifully and inspired many little children. 👏👏👏👏🥰

BAS dancers will be making an appearance in the Dutchess County Fair for the debut of Dance Across Dutchess! The performance will take place at the fair tomorrow- Saturday August 29th!

Dance across Dutchess will bring together dance studios from across Dutchess County in a one-of-a-kind celebration of dance, community, and local talent. The dancers will be reviving some choreography from our ‘Elements in Motion’ show this past spring!
