Our 100 hour yoga teacher training begins next month. What’s great about this teacher training is its low commitment. You can come exactly as you are. You don’t need to be a teacher or even an advanced student. It’s for anyone who wants to deepen their practice and explore the multitude of approaches to your personal practice or your teaching philosophy.
