NEPA 9 16U caps off a successful first day as one of 3 unbeaten teams at In The Net in Palmyra.
The 9 pounded out 10 hits in a rain
-shortened 4 inning game two led by Anthony Thaxton (3-for-3), Griffin Raap (2 hits, 2 RBI, 2 stolen bases) and Mason Glucksnis and Isaac Flynn (each with RBI singles).
The 9 enters play tomorrow as the #3 seed.

In a back and forth battle, Griffin Cello broke a 4-4 tie with a sixth inning two-run double to cinch the win.
